Late Shift Coffee Lounge is a planned business. No lease is signed, no location is open, and this page is a draft written for the waitlist stage. It has not been reviewed by an attorney.
2. What we collect
On this waitlist page, we collect the email address, ZIP code, and survey answers you submit through the waitlist form, plus the hidden UTM values your link carries so we know which channel sent you. If a deposit link is live, our payment processor collects what it needs to process that payment; we do not see or store card details ourselves.
3. How we use it
We use this data only to plan the business, contact you about waitlist updates and opening plans, and measure which channels are working. We do not sell your information.
4. Who else sees it
Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf to operate this site. Our payment processor handles the founding deposit if you choose to pay one.
5. Your choices
Email us to be removed from the waitlist or to ask what we have on file. We will act on that request without asking why.
