Late Shift Coffee Lounge is a planned business, not yet open. No opening date, address, or final price is set. This page covers your use of this waitlist website only.

Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to anything. We use your answers only as described in the privacy policy.

If a $25 founding deposit is offered and you pay it, it is refundable at any time before opening, for any reason. If you become a member when we open, it counts toward your first month. Deposit terms are a draft pending attorney review; final terms will be confirmed before any deposit is collected.

Nothing on this site guarantees that Late Shift Coffee Lounge will open, on any timeline, at any location, or at any price.

We may update these terms as the plan develops. The waitlist will be notified of material changes affecting the deposit.
